OPTIONAL LOADING ZONE: (open 7am-7pm except SUN) 

If you have items to unload before parking, you can pull into the back of the building to temporarily park and unload. To access it, pull into the alley located on S. Los Angeles Street in between our building and the building next door. You will see a ramp up to the freight elevator. This is a 20-minute loading zone. Once you finish unloading, you can park at one of the parking lots nearby.

PARKING: 

There are several paid lots all around the studio, as well as street parking. If you have cash, the closest lot is directly across the street from the front door and the loading dock exit. It’s a grey building. This lot is cash only and is $8.   

If you don’t have cash, I recommend parking at “Perfect Parking” located on S. Los Angeles in between 6th and 7th street. It’s $7 and you can pay with cash or credit card.   

CLOSEST LOT THAT ACCOMMODATES LARGE VEHICLES:  There is an open air lot right next to the building next door on S Los Angeles St. This lot is a $12 max daily fee. To access it, drive up the alley beside 719 S Los Angeles St (on the left side of the 719 building if you are facing the main entrance). There is usually a parking sign pointing down the alley. You can pay via the Park Up app. Signs in the parking lot will prompt you on how to do this.

We are located on the 11th floor and have a spectacular view of the city and stunning natural light.

The morning sun is direct and casts artistic shadows through the industrial loft windows (until about 1pm), while the afternoon hours illuminate the space with soft, even light throughout.

The windows also have sheer curtains and black out shades to diffuse the light to your liking throughout the day.

The studio is a corner loft with two walls of large east facing windows (SE+NE)

We are located on the 12th floor.

Black out shades are on all windows except the AC window in the HMU area.

All windows in the studio have sheer curtains to diffuse the light to your liking.

To keep the space clean and running smoothly for everyone, we kindly ask that you:

• Leave the studio as you found it - all furniture must be returned to its original place

• Never drag furniture - lift and carry

• Don’t bring glitter, confetti, smoke/fog machines, or open flames.

• Keep studio door closed with volume at a respectful level

• Pets and animals are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance

Yes, please include all setup/breakdown time in your booking. We have back to back bookings sometimes so we need all time to be accounted for in advance.

OVERTIME:
If you want to extend your booking, please send us a message to request an extension. We are always happy to accommodate an extension as long as there isn’t another booking afterwards. Agreed upon overtime is the same rate as your hourly booking. However, if you go over your booking time without checking with us beforehand, overtime rate will be time and a half (1.5x). 

We understand that plans can change. Reschedules or cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before your session.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

The studio is a short walk to civil coffee, verve coffee, sweetgreen, sonoratown, wild living foods, dune, kazu nori, holy basil thai, mendocino farms, and more.
